2018 is going to witness some power-packed performances by star kids who we have been waiting to see eagerly on the big screen. It is going to be a tough fight between Janhvi Kapoor, Sara Ali Khan, Ishaan Khatter, Karan Deol, Ahan Shetty and Ananya Pandey who will be making their Bollywood debuts with their respective films. As we gear up for their much awaited starry entry into the world of showbiz, let’s give you a brief about these starkids who are celebrities, yes already! 

Sara Ali Khan

Sara, who has shed oodles of weight to pursue her Bollywood dream, has already started working on her first project. Sara Ali Khan will be making her big Bollywood debut opposite Sushant Singh Rajput with Kedarnath. She is the middle of the film’s shoot, which is a pilgrimage love story. Sara is extremely good looking and c’mon that is a prerequisite for having a successful launch in Bollywood. But will her acting skills be equally impressive? We will have to wait and watch!

Janhvi Kapoor

Next in the running is Sridevi’s daughter Janhvi Kapoor. We all know that Janhvi and Ishaan Khatter have just started shooting for Sairat remake which is being helmed by Karan Johar. Now, the last time KJo launched new faces was way back in 2012 when he gave us Alia Bhatt, Sidharth Malhotra and Varun Dhawan. And look how far the trio has come in Bollywood. Can we expect the same from Janhvi too? Hell yeah! 

Ishaan Khatter

Another star kid who is all set to make his Bollywood debut with a Karan Johar movie is Shahid Kapoor’s younger brother, Ishaan Khatter. Ishaan’s first film, Beyond The Clouds was an international project, helmed by the ace filmmaker Majid Majidi and that got him a lot of recognition. Now that he is going to feature in a Bollywood movie too, let’s see if his career flourishes as brightly as Shahid Kapoor’s did! 

Ananya Pandey

Ananya Pandey has already started taking baby steps to make a place for herself in the world of cinema. She was fortunate enough to get invited at Le Bal in Paris, which is a big deal in itself! Ananya has been signed opposite Tiger Shroff in Student Of The Year 2. Another lead actress is yet to be finalised, as per reports.

Ahan Shetty

You may call him an underdog as Ahan hasn’t been making as many frequent appearances as the rest of them, but you can definitely not underestimate him! Suniel Shetty’s son, Ahaan is reportedly going to star in a film helmed by Salman Khan Films.

The kid who played Sunny Deol’s son in Gadar: Ek Prem Katha is all grown up now! He is actually the film’s director Anil Sharma’s son - Utkarsh Sharma, who is going to make his Bollywood debut with the film Genius. The story of Genius revolves around a witty and nerdy youngster whose experiments can change the way the world looks at science. Nawazuddin Siddiqui and Mithun are also part of the project.  We hear that Utkarsh is a powerhouse of talent has been wowing people with his acting prowess. Meanwhile, in an interview with SpotboyE.com, Anil Sharma had spoken at length about launching son Utkarsh.  

Karan Deol

Now as compared to other starkids, Karan has rarely made public appearances. Nonetheless, that doesn’t make him less competitive. Sunny Deol’s son Karan has already started prepping for his Bollywood debut which is being directed by daddy Sunny himself.
